△ [13a-D305-4] Preparation of suspended micro structures for thermal conductance measurement

In this work, we prepared a suspended sub-micron scale measurement system for measuring the thermal conductance of metallic nanoscale structures such as atomic contacts. High accuracy temperature measurement was achieved by combining microscale thermocouples and lock-in amplifiers. We will talk about the measurement result of metallic nanowires and ingenious points of the devices.
