It is important to capture the photo-induced magnetization dynamics directly with pump-probe method in order to understand and control the spin dynamics with light. We have developed time-resolved magneto-optical resonant Kerr effect measurement system at x-ray free electron laser SACLA BL1 and we reported the results of ferromagnetic Co/Pt thin films. Additionaly, we examined pump laser fluence dependence and we will report this results.
