Fluorescence polarization method for detecting specific gene sequence combined with NASBA amplification is examined, and the conditions for NASBA are considered.Nucleic Acid Sequence-Based Amplification (NASBA) is an amplification method that amplifies single-stranded RNA by three types of enzymatic reactions.Amplification is performed isothermally and quickly with high sensitivity.Under limited conditions, DNA is also amplified.Currently, No Centrifugation nor Ethanol Precipitation (NCEP) method is applied to DNA pretreatment. This method is compatible with the Fluorescence Polarization (FP) method and is rapid and convenient. Background and purpose section explains the effectiveness of NASBA applications and the current status of NASBA research.Explanation of each process is described in the section of the experimental method.
The results and consideration section explain result P.a.-specific detection.
