[13a-PA2-1] Electrical pulse response and electronic structure of Pt/BaTiO₃/Pt thin films

Pt/BaTiO_3-x/Pt multilayer with cross point structure was prepared by RF magnetron sputtering. The authors have studied the electrical current response by pulse voltage and electronic structure by soft-X-ray spectroscopy. In this study, the authors probed the volatile an nonvolatile current responses by changing the interval time of pulse voltage.
