[13a-PA3-23] Electrical properties of visible-light-transparent solar cell using NiO/ZnO on flexible substrate

Silicon based solar cell has limitations for installation degree of freedom due to a low flexibility and an opaque film. In our group, transaprent devices such as solar cell and gas sensor,fabricated on a glass using NiO/ZiO have published to apply to an intelligent green house and transparent IoT devices. In this work, the flexible traparent solar cell was fabricated on the flexble substrate to enhance the installation degree of freedom. The electrical (current density-voltage) and physical (bending durable) properties was investigated.
