We have researched about fabric-type thermoelectric device which is sewed carbon nanotube (CNT) yarn into. In that process, we found CNT/polymer composite yarn have extremely high thermal conductivity more than several hundred W/mK. In this research, we report the condition to measure the thermal conductivity of CNT yarns correctly and measurement results of thermal conductivity of CNT yarns added some kinds and quantity of dispersant and polymer measured by 3 ω method and AC method.
