Organic conductors based on TTF showed the high conductivity, after mixing acceptors. The application of charge transfer complexes has been studied to create the one dimensional nanostructure, for example the nanowires and nanocoils.
In this study, we report that structures and electromagnetic properties of molecular helical structures composed of new TTF derivatives and acceptor materiaks. The TTF derivatives had hydrogen bond and chiral units in alkyl chains. After mixing acceptors, we could obtain charge transfer complexes with show the conductivity like a semiconductor. The electromagnetic properties of molecular nanocoils will be reported.
