Keywords:secondary battery, infrared absorption spectroscopy, prussian blue analogues

Prussian blue analogues (PBAs), consisting of cyano-bridged transition metals, are promising cathode materials for Na-ion secondary batteries. Redox potentials of NaxCo[Fe(CN)6]0.81 change at low and high temperatures. The valence state of NaxCo[Fe(CN)6]0.81 was investigated by in situ infrared absorption spectroscopy under the temperature and potential control. It was found that oxidation reaction at low temperature, Co is oxidized at low potential plateau and Fe oxidized at high potential plateau.
