▲ [13p-A407-13] Molecularly imprinted nanosensors for porcine serum albumin detection in Halal food control
Keywords:Molecular imprinting, Porcine serum albumin, Halal foods
The feasible and reliable molecularly imprinted nanosensors for detecting pork contamination in halal raw meat extract was developed by immobilized molecularly imprinted nanogels (MIP-NGs), which were prepared using emulsifier-free precipitation polymerization with pyrrolidyl acrylate as a functional monomer, on QCM sensor chip. The developed sensor showed high binding affinity and selectivity to porcine serum albumin (PSA). In raw meat extracts, this sensor provided high recovery rate with acceptable relative standard deviations and low limit of detection (LOD) of pork contamination.
