Molecularly imprinted polymer nanogels (MIP-NGs) possessing dansylamide groups as interaction sites for human serum albumin (HSA) were prepared by the precipitation polymerization for regulating protein corona. The affinity and selectivity toward HSA of MIP-NGs were evaluated by isothermal titration calorimetry. Furthermore, protein corona formed on the MIP-NGs in human plasma was investigated by SDS-PAGE.
