[13p-B401-2] Nanocavity Raman sillicon laser excited in a 1.2 μm wavelength band

We study photonic crystal optical nanocavities using sillicon. We also developed an ultra-low threshold Raman sillicon nanocavity laser ,because our cavities have high Q factors, more than 1,000,000. Last session, we demonstrated the high Q nanocavities operating at the 1.2 μm band. In this report, we fabricated the Raman sillicon laser pumping at the band, and calculated Q factors.
