[13p-B408-14] Synthesis of dense BaFe2As2 polycrystalline bulks by spark plasma sintering

K-doped Ba122 polycrystalline bulks were synthesized by spark plasma sintering (SPS), and density, phase purity, microstructure, and superconducting properties were evaluated. A sample with high purity and high density (~98%) was successfully synthesized and a sharp superconducting transition of electrical resistivity was observed.
