We found metasurfaces that are capable of prominantly enhancing fluorescence intensity and exhibit quite homogeneous response. Employing the metasurfaces, we have conducted flurescence detection of biomarker molecules. In the presentation, we report the molecule detection tips including microfluidic systems and the FL detection of biomarker molecules.
