[13p-D311-5] Multi-dimensional and multi-scale quantum beam analysis of buried interfaces in thin films
Keywords:thin film interface, imaging, time resolved measurement
Functions of multilayered thin films are quite often dependent on the layered structures and interfaces. Therefore, a lot of work have been done to develop promising analytical tools. As the probing areas are not exposed but buried under the surface, the analysis is not always straightforward. With the aids of latest progresses in synchrotron, neutron and other beams, it has become able to obtain some information. In the future, to get more understanding on the function, scientists will study such buried structures in more multi-dimensional and multi-scale ways, to describe both the part and the whole in a variety of time scale
