[13p-D511-4] Thermoelectric measurement using Physical Property Measurement System

Akira Kamimura1 (1.QDJ Inc.)

Keywords:PPMS, TTO

The thermal tranport option (TTO) of Quantum Design's Physical Property Measurement System (PPMS) is an option that can simultaneously measure heat conduction, Seebeck effect (or Nernst effect), and electrical resistance. In this talk, we will introduce the hardware description and analysis method of TTO option, sample preparation method, data acquisition method, and precautions for measurement. The analysis method of thermal radiation escaping from the sample during measurement has been changed.
