Carbazole derivatives mCP and mCBP are often used as carrier transport materials for TADF organic EL, which can be expected to have an internal quantum efficiency of 100% at low cost. In this study, we investigated the electrical conduction on the hole transport side of mCP and mCBP stacked films.
