[13p-PA10-21] Afterglow property of Ca - Al - O: (Eu, Nd) phosphors synthesized
on mortar hardened body

Cement-based materials are the dominant structural materials for the civil infrastructure. We propose the cement-based luminescent materials for addressing sustainability in structural and infrastructure applications. In this study, starting materials were metal-EDTA solution, mortar hardened body, and hydrogen acid (H2-O2) flame. In this study, we were synthesized Ca-Al-O:(Eu,Nd) phosphor with afterglow properties on mortar hardened body with (Al,Eu,Nd)- EDTA solution by coating and roasting method. Then, “Roasting” is to expose the surface of the sample to the scanning flame.
