Ba1-xSrxSnO3 prepared by peroxide precipitate method

We have confirmed the improvement of device durability and battery performance by fabricating perovskite solar cells using ternary oxides BaSnO3 (BSO) and SrSnO3 (SSO) for the electron transport layer. However, since the crystallization temperature and the dispersibility in the solvent are different, it is difficult to compare the physical properties of the two. In this study, the intermediate Ba1-xSrxSnO3 (SBSO) was synthesized by peroxide precipitation and the results of the evaluation are reported.
