We have prepared a radical-active culture solution (RAM) using a radical source and examined its effect on melanoma cells. The results showed that RAM induced apoptosis based on oxidative stress and endoplasmic reticulum stress. <o:p></o:p>In this study, we investigate phosphorylation of p38 and JNK using Western blotting and the correlation with cell death was measured using inhibitors to verify whether the induction of RAM cell death in melanoma cells was induced by the stress-responsive MAPK.<o:p></o:p>
