Recently, It has been reported that the valley polarization of excitons and enhancement of photoluminescence (PL) intensity after treated by organic acid (trifluoromethane sulfonimide and oleic acid) in monolayer tungsten disulfide (WS2) which has direct bandgap. In this research, we treated monolayer WS2 by organic acid and then we measured excitation dependence of the circularly polarized PL in very low temperature so that we will report stability of valley polarization of excitons and trions.
