In recent years, with the development of wearable devices and the increase in circuit density, the importance of heat dissipation of flexible substrates has been increasing, but the thermal conductivity of existing materials is low. Therefore, expectations are high for celllose nanofiber(CNF) as an alternative material for high thermal conductivity. In this presentation, the thermal conductivity of a single CNF, which is the smallest unit, is evaluated by a nanoscale suspension measuring device, and the results are reported together with the validity and measurement accuracy of this measurement method.
