We developed low-noise organic amplifier which can detect small-voltage biosignals with the electrodes printed by flat stamp parallel printing (FSPP) method, which we developed. FSPP is one of reverse-offset printing methods, and can fabricate fine, thin-film and flat electrodes, which is suitable to organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs). We reduced the transistor noise of OTFTs by optimization of device structures and process conditions. We successfully detected and amplified a 10-μV signal, which is comparable to electroencephalogram, in the pseudo-CMOS amplifier using printed electrods.
