[14a-A501-7] Probing pseudo two-dimensional current in metals

Keywords:interfacial spin, acoustoelectric current

Two-dimensional system exhibits various phenomena which aren't observed in three dimensional systems. One of such systems exists at the interface of hetero-structures. At the interface, inversion-symmetry breaking results in characteristic effects like the Rashba effect. In studying interfacial effects in metalic systems using electrical measurements, utilizing localized currents is thought to be ideal in order to exclude bulk effects. In this work, we measured the anomalous Hall voltage induced by acoustoelectric currents and evaluate its decay length.
