Keywords:Microwave Multiplexer (MW-Mux), Transition Edge Sensor (TES), Superconducting Quantum Interference Device (SQUID)

With the microwave multiplexers (MW-Mux), we have succeeded in simultaneous readout of 38-pixels transition edge sensors (TES) whose normal resistance (Rn) is order of 100 mOhm and the readout-noise portion of system noise tends to be large. Among the obtained system energy resolution of 2.8-4.6 eV@5.9 keV, contribution of readout noise is 1.0-1.8 eV whose portion is less than 16%. This result outperforms the conventional ones achieved by MW-Mux from both viewpoints of (1) readout of TES with Rn~100 mOhm and (2) multiplexing number for X-ray TES that responses faster than gamma-ray or millimeter-wave TES.
