Keywords:Optical transition edge sensor, single-photon color imaging, optimal filtering

Optical transition edge sensor (TES) are highly desirable for two-dimensional single-photon color imaging, which are desired to be applied to biological imaging. We have been developing the readout electronics for practical biological imaging In this research, we implemented a processing of optimal filtering in the FPGA for online analysis.
