Keywords:Artificial synapse, Superconducting phase quantum bit, Rabi oscillation

Among the mathematical models of synapses, we propose the quantum artificial synapse that has the integrate-and-fire function, which stores the input signals and fires when the sum exceeds a threshold. The Rabi oscillation in the superconducting phase qubit and the repeat-until-success (RUS) circuit are used to provide memory and set the threshold for the sum of the input signals, respectively. By incorporating the effect of internal relaxations into the Rabi oscillation, more realistic quantum artificial synapses with forgetting functions could also be introduced naturally.
