[14a-B508-1] Correction of varied-deviation-angle monochromator operation and extension of energy range

Monochromator operation program was improved to cover wider energy range at BL-11D, the Photon Factory. The monochromator is a varied deviation angle type. The previous operation program brought error in wavelength and focus above 700 eV. By the corrected program, the monochromator can be operated through 290-1500 eV with good focus and accurate wavelength.
