Recently, non-perovskite-type ferroelectrics has been paid much attention. Bi2SiO5 is one of the new ferroelectrics without perovskite structure, which is a layered structure of Bi2O22- and SiO32+. We have reported that non-a-axis oriented Bi2SiO5 thin film has a ferroelectric feature. In this study, the effects of growth conditions of epitaxial thin films on lattice parameters was investigated.
