Keywords:silver nanocube, plasmonic material, scanning probe microscopy

Silver nanocubes (AgNCs) have attracted attention as a new plasmonic material because they have higher wavelength resonance and electric field enhancement than spherical metal nanoparticles. In this study, the nanoscale structure of a two-dimensional AgNC monolayer was investigated using atomic force microscopy, scanning tunneling microscopy and scanning electron microscopy, and the adsorption states of the polymer (PVP) on AgNCs were also studied using Raman spectroscopy.
