我々は機械学習による将来予測に基づく結晶成長のその場制御を目指している。本研究ではその場制御に向けた第一歩として、リカレントニューラルネットワークを用いて、過去の履歴と将来の成長条件設定から将来の炉内温度を予測することを試みた。さらに、炉内環境の変化（具体的には観察窓のシャッタ開閉）が与える影響を定量的に予測した。
