When a single-layer graphene oxide (GO) thin film is treated at a high temperature in an ethanol atmosphere, graphitization is suppressed, and a turbostratic graphene thin film having physical properties similar to a single layer is formed. However, the effect of ethanol to form a turbulent layer is limited to the surface, and the inside is an AB stack. In this study, we investigated the effect of adding the spacer material to GO and depositing it in the form of a thin film, thereby expanding the layer spacing and spreading the effect of ethanol to the inside, and the possibility of controlling the interlayer interaction.
