Keywords:Josephson junction, graphene, edge state

Recently it is reported that helical edge states can be found in graphene when it is capsulated with thin hexagonal boron nitride and then placed on strontium titanate substrate. We made a similar structure but with molybdenum rhenium alloy superconductor electrodes to form a Josephson junction and made an attempt to better understand the nature of the possible edge states in graphene.
