Recently, graphene 3D architecture (called 3D graphene) has been energetically studied to amplify the excellent properties of graphene sheets for various device applications. In this talk, we report the physical properties of 3D graphene depending on 3D curvature radius using a material called 3D nanoporous graphene, which prepared graphene on nanoporous Ni temples by chemical vapor deposition.
