Biomineralization means the complex phenomena that the living organisms make the minerals with organic molecules. This organic-inorganic ensemble can produce the special metals and minerals that it is difficult to synthesize by industrial methods. Our purpose is to understand the molecular formation mechanisms of biominerals and to develop the material and environmental sciences in the future.
