脳機能回復過程の血流変化を継時観察するためには、長期的かつ安定して脳表の血流を観察できるデバイスが必要とされている。本研究ではCMOS集積回路技術を用いることで、小型動物の長期間モニタリングが可能となる小型脳血流計測用イメージングデバイスを開発した。長期的に脳表を観察する手法である慢性的頭窓法（Chronic window）を応用して、本デバイス用にChronic FOP windowを開発し1ヶ月以上の長期脳表計測を可能にした。
