[14p-A410-3] Impedance spectroscopy in organic field-effect transistors: characterization of materials properties and device performance

From the equivalent circuit analysis of working organic transistor (OFET), we have determined the contact resistance, the field effect mobility, the dielectric properties of the gate insulating film, and the interface state at the gate insulating film/organic semiconductor interface, which governs the OFET performance. In addition, the cutoff frequency of the OFET is also determined.
