Dessed photon (DP) is the off-shell electromagnetic field existing inherently in the matter,and stands out under the non-resonant condition. Such the non-resonant effects, including the effects of the DP, originate in the non-relativistic nature of the system, and this work aims to reconstruct the electrodynamics in a non-relativistic system to know and describe the DP.
