Fluorescence digital holography that can measure a three-dimensional fluorescence distribution in a single recording is introduced. In fluorescence digital holography, spatially spread fluorescence light wave as the low-coherent light is modulated by a lens function and a diffraction grating displayed on a phase-mode spatial light modulator and then is recorded in an image sensor after making an interference pattern with an unmodulated light wave. The cross-sectional images are reconstructed numerically by numerical coherent wave propagation calculation. In the presentation, we describe the experimental results using plant cells and then the future works are discussed.
