[14p-D419-4] Development of students-teachers’ co-growing environment through mutual awareness

Examples on the “mutual awareness” of both teachers and students on practices in my education and enlightenment activities in various are reported. Based on these experiences, I tried to design educational environment where students and teachers can grow with each other through mutual awareness.
