[14p-PA1-4] Anomalous Hall Effect and Anisotropic Magnetoresistance Effect in Co2TiSi Heusler Epitaxial Films

Recently, Co2TiSi full-Heusler alloy is theoretically predicted that is the Weyl semimetal, and also the half-metal. Since it is expected that a large anomalous Hall effect can be observed in the Weyl semimetal materials, Co2TiSi is an attractive material showing both a large anomalous Hall effect and a large spin polarization. In this research, we optimized the fabrication conditions for producing Co2TiSi epitaxial thin films and investigated their anomalous Hall effect and the anisotropic magnetoresistance effect.
