[14p-PA1-63] Temperature dependence of spin current generation using surface acoustic waves
Keywords:spin current, surface acoustic wave, spin vorticity coupling
In general, it has been essential to use a limited material such as a ferromagnetic material or a heavy metal having a large spin-orbit interaction for spin current generation. Recently, a spin current generation method using spin vorticity coupling (SVC) has been proposed. According to this theory, the generated spin current by SVC is expected to be proportional to the reciprocal of the spin diffusion length and the electric conductivity of the non-magnetic material, but it has not been clarified experimentally. In this study, we report the temperature dependence of SVC using NiFe / Cu bilayer structure.
