We focus on sulfide silver as a photoconductive material which can be a photoelectric sensor production by wet-process. The photoelectric properties are great sensitivity to small change of degree of sulfurization. We relate between the degree of sulfurization and extinction coefficient in the near-infrared region and report the photoelectric properties of sulfide silver thin films.
