[14p-PB3-3] Nonlinear Properties of Graphene Patterned Si Waveguides for Fiber Lasers

In this research, we surveyed about the nonlinearities of mode-locked fiber lasers with different cover-length of intra-cavity patterned graphene on Si waveguides. Kelly Sidebands were found in short cover length cases and 5th harmonic pulses were found in long cover length case. Changes on the design of the waveguides were performed to investigate the nonlinearities.
