In recent, non-thermal atmospheric pressure plasma is receiving attention in the use of biomedical application. These applications are based on the assumption that the cell death caused by intracellular generated reactive oxygen species (ROS), is reproduced by reactive oxygen and nitrogen species (RONS) generated from plasma. In this study, we revealed the transport mechanism of plasma generated RONS into biological targets; agarose film model skin, cultured dermis, and mouse.
