Lead zirconate titanate is mentioned as a ferroelectric material widely used in electronic devices, but Bi0.5K0.5TiO3-BiFeO3-K(Nb0.5Ta0.5)O3(BKTBF) as a lead-free low environmental impact material The attention is paid to the system material. In our laboratory, we have investigated the relationship between ferroelectric properties and crystal structure for BKTBF solid solutions. In this research, focusing on 0.375BKT-0.6BF-0.025K(Nb0.5Ta0.5)O3 in which tantalum potassium niobate is solid-solved, another metal element (Ba, Zn, Ni) substituted sample is prepared, and evaluation of ferroelectric characteristics We conducted structural analysis using synchrotron X-ray diffraction, and examined the relationship between ferroelectric properties and crystal-electronic structure.
