[15a-A205-3] Construction of “PoLyInfo RDF” database for practical material development (II): Open data-driven by using data linking with PubChem RDF

Success of practical materials development depends on various factors different from basic properties, e.g., biological safety and competitive patents. Based on semantic web technology, we made NIMS polymer database PoLyInfo in RDF, and demonstrated integration with NIH PubChem database including BioAssay. For the integration, we used 161,640 triples. Moreover, information of 71,615 polymerization is normalized to strengthen the integration.
