[15a-A402-1] Hysteresis in perovskite solar cells and charge trap center density evaluated by EUPS

Five perovskite solar cell materials were observed by EUPS and good relation was observed between hytersis of current-voltage curves and the density of charge trapping centers estimated by the resistance analzing method using EUPS. From this fact, we can say hysteresis is caused by charge trapping centers.
