Keywords:peroskite solar cells, increase of series resistance, energy relaxation speed of electrons

We have developed a novel analyzing method evaluating the energy relaxation speed by observing transient electron affinity (TEA). In five perovskite solar cell materials, TEA was larger for a lower voltage at the maximum output electric power. From the fact, we can say that the increase of resistance leading to the lowering of the output voltage is caused by very fast energy relaxation of hot electrons.
