For the development of perovskite (PVK)solar cells by coating and drying processes, "in-situ X-ray observation" for process optimization was introduced. Previously, in situ X-ray observations combined with blade coating and gas blowing revealed that the orientation of the precursor crystals is important for forming PVK films with good crystallinity. In this study, the crystallization process from precursor crystals to PVK crystals by heating was investigated in detail. In addition, the reversibility from the perovskite crystal to the precursor crystal by the solvent vapor was observed, and the deterioration factors were considered.
