[15a-A402-8] Inter-layer solid-phase reaction in halide perovskite fabricated via alternate infrared laser deposition

We have applied the combinatorial infrared laser molecular beam deposition method, which alternately deposits PbI2 and CH3NH3I (MAI) with nanometer-order thickness control to form organic-inorganic halide perovskite (perovskite) layers, aiming at elucidation of the growth and degradation mechanisms of perovskite thin-films. In this study, we investigated the effect of the layer thickness of PbI2 and MAI on the inter-layer solid-phase reaction.
